Refused to repair front park sensor under warranty. Javier and Scott (Technician) say the sensor was damaged which is not covered under warranty. Upon Inspection by Javier and myself when vehicle was dropped off there was no physical or visible damage to any of the sensors or the front bumper or other body panels. Javier told me this would be covered under warranty and checked the mileage and date of purchase and confirmed a warranty repair. Then I was contacted via telephone by Javier and was told it would not be covered under warranty due to physical damage? I reached out to my salesperson Quinton ("Q") who would not take my call or return my voicemail message until the following day after the vehicle had been picked up. More

Both times I have been to this dealership for service, I have had to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes just for someone to talk to me, AND I had an appointment. Both times I have been there, there only seems to be o have had to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes just for someone to talk to me, AND I had an appointment. Both times I have been there, there only seems to be one service advisor working. Fairly confident the wrong part was ordered on my most recent visit, and I was lied to told the "right part" arrived damaged. Now I have to wait for another part to be delivered before I can even make ANOTHER appointment. Service department needs more people so mistakes stop being made and people can easily drop vehicles off efficiently and quickly. More
