This dealership is a joke. My wife asked for a rental 4 times over the course of being there for a oil change , tire rotation and other things that were being corrected. She had an appointment . not only t times over the course of being there for a oil change , tire rotation and other things that were being corrected. She had an appointment . not only that but she had kids with her, they had her wait for an hour and a half, for a rental to finally come with nothing to sign. after loading up her rental our vehicle was ready. Not only that but our paper work said WAITER.. they never wanted to give her a rental. So now my wife was late for an appointment which was extremely important. This isn't the first time that our service there has been bad. There is always a scratch, ding, radio not in correctly ( which ended up falling our while driving ) but bird poop left on our vehicle . We had to ask them for a car wash, This place is a JOKE coming. More
