Had an issue with my Rams backup camera. They replaced the camera no questions asked. Also had brakes inspected due to a squeal, and was told everything looks ok. I had set up an appointment for 11 am and had signed in online. brought the car in at 8:30 am. information was put into an iPad type computer. called at 2ish. was on hold for 5 min. no one was assigned t online. brought the car in at 8:30 am. information was put into an iPad type computer. called at 2ish. was on hold for 5 min. no one was assigned to it. called an hour later. Told that Juan Flores was assigned to it. Job not complete at 6:30. Juan asked me who was assigned to it. I said he was. Was charged over $60 for an oil change. Not charged for tire rotation. The tires were still low on air. Emissions test was not completed. Engine light is still on. Traction control light is still on. Not happy. Will not be back. More

I made an appointment to have a trailer hitch installed and an oil change, plus 2 minor recall repairs on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I talked to 3 different people there to make sure they had all the par and an oil change, plus 2 minor recall repairs on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I talked to 3 different people there to make sure they had all the parts needed to install the trailer hitch and that they held them for me and then I got an estimate. They were all polite and professional. I completed the on-line forms and made arrangements to have a friend give me a ride after dropping my Jeep off. When I dropped it off I was told by my service rep, Ryan W., it would take about 3 hours and he would call me when it was ready. I never got a call so I went back to pick it up at the end of the day. It still wasn't ready (6 hours later) so I waited another 20 minutes or so, then got it but the oil change had not been done. I couldn't wait any longer so I said skip the oil change. A few days later I tried hooking my boat trailer up to the new hitch but the electrical didn't work. I had a neighbor test it with a voltmeter and he said there was no power coming from the hitch. This hitch cost me over $1000.00 for them to install. I called Ryan, my service rep, and told him the problem. We had phone connection problems so he said he would call me right back. He never did. I called and left him 2 messages and he never called me back. I called again the next day and got his voicemail again, so I got the appointment desk and the guy told me he couldn't get me an appointment for another week. So I went ahead and took my Jeep back in to have the electrical fixed. I asked Ryan what happened to "I'll call you right back" and he told me he tried but it was busy. I knew that was a lie because my phone would have showed a missed call, plus I had called him early in the day and left messages, none of which he returned. I told Ryan I could not spend another whole day waiting on this so I wanted a loaner car, which he said he would get for me if it was going to take more than 45 minutes. After waiting and questioning and finally being demanding, he finally got me a rental vehicle nearly 3 hours later. The next afternoon he called me to tell me my Jeep was ready. After making an appointment, completing the on-line forms and doing the right things, I felt like I was lied to and had to basically spend 3 days to get this job done when I was originally told it would take 3 hours. I bought my Jeep new at the Gettel Jeep dealer in Punta Gorda in 2015. Since the Cape Coral Jeep dealer opened I thought I would give them my business since they are closer to where I live. However, due to this experience I will drive a little further to go back to the Gettel Jeep dealer in Punta Gorda in the future. More
