Originally replaced a part in my Jeep Wrangler a couple months ago. Then my check engine light comes on and it’s the same exact error. I schedule for service and am told that the mechanics found the issue months ago. Then my check engine light comes on and it’s the same exact error. I schedule for service and am told that the mechanics found the issue and have corrected it. Am told it was test driven. I pick up the car after work only to drive it away 5 miles and my check engine turns back on. At this point I’m aggravated it’s at night and now I have to Uber home. The next morning I have to Uber to work then do not receive a follow up call from advisor. I called twice and finally receive a call back. I expressed my discontent with the service. Brushed off and dismissive are words that beat describe the customer service offered. The faulty part had broke so it had to be replaced. Picked up my car but not after several Uber rides, frustration and unsatisfactory service. I actually bought my vehicle at this dealership which was a pleasant experience the service however leaves a lot to be desired. The reason I marked fair was due to the purchase however my experience with service is poor. More

Upon arriving, I was met by a representative who placed a seat cover and floor covering. She asked me what I was at the dealership for. I explained that I had an appointment for a recall and the name of the seat cover and floor covering. She asked me what I was at the dealership for. I explained that I had an appointment for a recall and the name of the service writer that I was told would be handling my write up. It took at least 20 plus minutes for a service writer to come outside and meet with me. But while I was there others pulled in and were taken before me. I started a conversation with one of the other vehicle owners who was taken before me and he told me that he did to have an appointment. Once the paperwork was done, I was told it would be approximately 30 minutes. Well it took an hour and thirty minutes till the service writer came to tell me my vehicle was finished More
I was experiencing valve tapping on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that we had ordered new and it only had 14,000 miles on it when this failure occurred. Apparently there was a production flaw in a run of H Cherokee that we had ordered new and it only had 14,000 miles on it when this failure occurred. Apparently there was a production flaw in a run of Hemi’s, which is unacceptable and heads should roll IMO, why wasn’t I notified of this flaw if they knew what production run was affected. This is the 3rd Grand Cherokee that we have owned with the Hemi and have never had a problem with the Hemi. I was willing to wait the 2 weeks to get it fixed. That being said, I had to repeatedly call and leave messages for a status, waiting days for a call back. When I finally got a call back, I was informed it would be ready on the next Tuesday. Well it ended up to be Friday, as I said I was willing to wait for it to be fixed right but be upfront with me on the time frame. When I did get my Grand Cherokee back, there was a tool left under the hood and it smelt like burnt antifreeze and was low on coolant. I ordered Mopar coolant and it took more than a half gallon, I found this to be unacceptable, the vehicle should have been road worthy when I picked it up. We need to be able to depend on this dealership for service. They also need signage on what lane to drop off for service and at the desk to pick up from service. When dropping off, the woman, who really loves her job, told us that this lane was for dropping off loaners, which there is no sign of course. More
