Diagnostic skills were very poor with two wrong diagnosis. They kept my vehicle for 13 days on a 3-4 day repair. I also believe they put a dent in my vehicle as well along with not completing the r diagnosis. They kept my vehicle for 13 days on a 3-4 day repair. Appreciate the timeliness and cleanliness this dealership has. I will continue to bring there when I have to have work done. I may be taking it to a little closer place for oil changes, tho. I brought my Durango in for an airbag recall on 12/10. While it was there, it was suggested that a few other things get fixed. One fix being upwards of $500 and another greater than $700. I did opt for the first fix, as it seemed to involve safety. Exactly two weeks later, on 12/24 the same alarm light returned to the dash. I called and left a message for Hannah, but have yet to receive a call back. By 12/26, the car left my family and I stranded miles from home at 10 pm at night. Thankfully, I have AAA and was able to get my family, myself, and the car home safely. However, the car has been dead in my driveway ever since. I'm at a loss as to how to proceed. As suggested by the dealership, I did already max out what was offered by their loan company for the first fix. I must say though, everyone was very friendly the day of service 12/10, but I am disappointed otherwise. More
