Upon arrival(I had an appoi Being from out of town and looking to a long trip home I decide to get an oil change on my 2017 Wrangler Sahara Unlimted. Upon arrival(I had an appointment) the tech advisor informed me that it will be an hour as there are several customers ahead of me. Being the a "'I do not like to wait kind of guy" I moaned but agreed to wiat. Within a half hour the advisor approached with the news that my oil change was complete and that there was no charge since there remained a complementary oil change from when I purchased the Jeep. This was a double bonus as Jeep maintains universal information on the vehicle (very helpful) and the advisor met my expectations--not always obtainable these days. I appreciated the level of customer care and understanding of the customers needs. In my line of business this is the type of support and understanding of the customers needs I look for and expect. My Fiat is not from there, of course, but your dealership just got the best person I know from car dealerships in this area, Maurizio Randazzo, who kn My Fiat is not from there, of course, but your dealership just got the best person I know from car dealerships in this area, Maurizio Randazzo, who knows all about customer service, and since I bought 4 cars so far from him, and now have NO desire to go back to the other dealership, I called him to see if your dealership could do my oil change and service, and I wanted to look at a car for someone else. He invited me to come out there, it was clean, big, and beautiful, so I’m sure we will be coming out there from now on. I hope the future is Fiat, so I could get warranty work if I needed. Good job bringing Maurizio there, I also met a few others who showed me around the lot, the young man that cleaned my car was great, and I recognized a few others from the old dealership. Sam, one of the service attendants, stood with me while I waited for someone to write the car up, and was very hospitable. Customer Service is very important to me. More

Wait and wash I waited for at least 10 minuets for a service rep. to show up and write me up. The time I was quoted, 45 min. Was less than actual for oil change and I waited for at least 10 minuets for a service rep. to show up and write me up. The time I was quoted, 45 min. Was less than actual for oil change and tire rotation. Second issue was the car wash. Vehicle came out with water spots allover but was ok until it dried and left spots all over the vehicle. The water spot were soap residue. NO RINSE HAPPENED!! More

Service and warranty Had apt weeks in advance. Was told they would honor my service plan and that they would have my tires in stock. This is the only reason I scheduled wi Had apt weeks in advance. Once I arrived it was if they didn’t know why I was there, wouldn’t honor my service contract, and had to order my tires. The only thing they did for 90+ minutes was update my software for a recall, which I could have gotten all 3 services performed at once at Naples. Never once apologized or acknowledged this inconvenience as a customer. Staff is poorly trained in customer communication and lack professionalism. I was going to lease my daughter a Jeep,but will travel somewhere else even though I live in Cape Coral for my SRT Durango and my future lease so I don’t have to deal with this service department again. Big disappointment for a lifetime Dodge customer. More
