It was average. I think customer service could be improved. But I believe that may be hindered by the overwhelming amount of people showing up at the same time for service and the understaffed adviso improved. I had 2 cars serviced and the process was easy. Booking appointments online and dropping the cars off was a breeze. The young lady that took care of me for both vehicles was friendly and efficient. Amazing service and great help had a set of locking lugs on my car and was never given the key when i bought it at another dealer went to change out rims and tires but couldn't beacuse of the locking lugs w on my car and was never given the key when i bought it at another dealer went to change out rims and tires but couldn't beacuse of the locking lugs went to cape coral dodge on Hope's and prayers that they might be able to help was no problem at all hannah was a huge help and did everything she could to help me out when they could have very easily just told me to take it to the dealer I bought it from but instead made sure to help out very much appreciated I'll definitely be taking my car to cape coral dodge for future service More

Very disappointed with the Service Department. Had to have vehicle towed to dealership because it was not diagnosed or fixed correctly the first time.
