Very disappointed with the Service Department. Had to have vehicle towed to dealership because it was not diagnosed or fixed correctly the first time. Amazing service and great help had a set of locking lugs on my car and was never given the key when i bought it at another dealer went to change out rims and tires but couldn't beacuse of the locking lugs w on my car and was never given the key when i bought it at another dealer went to change out rims and tires but couldn't beacuse of the locking lugs went to cape coral dodge on Hope's and prayers that they might be able to help was no problem at all hannah was a huge help and did everything she could to help me out when they could have very easily just told me to take it to the dealer I bought it from but instead made sure to help out very much appreciated I'll definitely be taking my car to cape coral dodge for future service More

This dealership has the feel and service of luxury dealership such as Audi and Mercedes. I thought I pulled up to the wrong dealership because it was so friendly and the staff was very nice.
