Brought in my 2010 Chrysler Sebring Limited Convertible, with 11,300 total miles, for a seasonal oil change and to check out an intermittent "ASB" dash light. I was told there would be $150 diagnostic fee with 11,300 total miles, for a seasonal oil change and to check out an intermittent "ASB" dash light. I was told there would be $150 diagnostic fee to check that out. Felt captive by the fee. But, wanted the car fixed. After 2 hours, I was told Chrysler discontinued the needed part and they couldn't locate one online or after market. Only possible fix was to try to find a used part. If they were able to locate one, the cost to replace with a used part would be $1265.36. Even with that dire prognosis, I was still charged the $150+ tax diagnostic fee. I feel that since they weren't able to repair the vehicle, the dealership should have waived the diagnostic fee. More

The final price was $300+ more than the original estimate.I needed new brake pads and rotors and was never previously told brakes were warn the few times I had it in for oil change. I could have avo estimate.I needed new brake pads and rotors and was never previously told brakes were warn the few times I had it in for oil change. I could have avoided the expense of new rotors and just had the pads replaced. When I picked it up the outside of the car was totally dirty even though they said it would be washed. The pick up date changed but they had plenty of notice so still it should have been washed in time for my pickup. There was a lot of brake dust on the front wheels which wasn't there when I brought the car in so maybe the road test was a fun joy ride in a SRT8. I won't be back, and I have a lot of Mopar friends in Mopar clubs and my wife's 2019 Jeep Grande Cherokee that I'll never recommend going to your dealership. I'll spread the word of my experience.
