I returned the Jeep for a warranty issue, the hood hinges had begun to corrode and needed to be repainted. I had all four door hinge sets and doors repainted in Connecticut at a Jeep dealer in 2020 for the s had begun to corrode and needed to be repainted. I had my Jeep in for service in December and at that time made an appointment for hood hinge repaint. When I arrived in January Chris was unable to find my appointment paperwork, but took my Jeep anyway. I needed the Jeep back by Friday as my wife and I were traveling on Saturday in our motorhome, we tow our Jeep. The Jeep was till not ready on Friday at 5:00 pm. Chris made the effort and personally went to get the Jeep from the painter, thanks to him for that extra effort! That said, had I not called during the week or actually came to the dealership on Friday, I am certain no one would have called me and updated me on the situation, nor would I have had my Jeep....sure would appreciate updates when it was understood that I needed it back by Friday. I have a prepaid maintenance. Plan which has been honored with the synthetic oil for over a yr. Now im being charged.will call corporate to resolve the issue I was informed and purchased it ...even specifica with the synthetic oil for over a yr. Now being charged the same as a mechanic shop after paying thousands for a prepaid plan. Ive spoken with the delar that sold me the package who stated he would contact corporate and request they refund mt money but never got feedback. I spoke to cape coral delar and they said even though they have been giving me synthetic for over a yr they no longer will which is rediculous since it had been honored for a yr, the car had synthetic when I bought it, and I was told this specifically before purchasing my plan. Additionally, I've taken my car in for pulsing brakes and rotors now twice ...in Nov they resurfaced and replaced them but its January and starting to pulse again. The manager said ...well they aren't pulsing that bad so I will need to replace them AGAIN. Then when reminded that your company just replaced the rotors in November he blamed it on how I brake. I also reminded him that I owned a jeep renegade for a ling time before this with no brake or rotors problem, but yet his answer is poor driver? Wow! Im shocked and if this does not get addressed when I call corporate I will ensure that I nor anyone I know will use dodge again. More
CCCDJR took care of a complicated headlamp problem. Parts were backordered because of COVID challenges and high failure rates of the headlamp assembly.
