They charged me over $350 to put the top up on my 2010 Chrysler Sebring. They claimed it needed a new switch, but Chrysler no longer supplied that part because the car was 10 years old. So they said they Chrysler Sebring. They claimed it needed a new switch, but Chrysler no longer supplied that part because the car was 10 years old. So they said they put in a used one. Then before I drove away i tried out the top it went down but would not go back up correctly. Then they just put more hydraulic fluid in the pumps reservoir. And it worked. They could not find any leaks in the system. I drove the car home I tried the top at home a few times and then I had the same problems. It was easy to find the leak because there was fluid in the trunk under the hydraulic pump. Looks like I need a new pump. Where do I look for one of those? More

OK, so have you ever had a car act up on you literally while pulling out of the service center? My Grand Cherokee decided to throw a fit over its air suspension just as I picked it up from an unrelated s while pulling out of the service center? I turned around, explained the dilemma, and Sonja & Co. handed me a loaner, took it in, and got it covered under the extended warranty. I'm not sure what else I could possibly ask for.
