I had a 10:00 appointment to have my key fob replaced, I didn’t get my car back until 4:15. When I called at 2:30 to check on it I was told that it hadn’t even been taken back yet. My service tech, Leo, was very good at handling my needs. He called me regularly with updates to my vehicle. Unfortunatly, the service that was only supposed to last a few hours ended up being a few days. A He called me regularly with updates to my vehicle. Unfortunately, the work received was less than stellar. My door panel is now scratched and the inside windshield was filthy after warranty work on my dash. These items have been documented and my vehicle will be back for additional warrant work. I am glad Leo was my tech as he represented your location professionally and efficiently addressing my concerns. More

Sonya was great, happy with service, only thing was I received email and snail mail saying I should schedule appointment for declined work. I got oul change, and made appointment to get rest of suggested received email and snail mail saying I should schedule appointment for declined work. I got oul change, and made appointment to get rest of suggested required maintenance for following week. Got that work done and then received those messages. I was confused at what I missed. Maybe do better follow up before sending out mail and emails. Still, I love my Jeep and service was great l, will be back. More
I HAD NEW TIRES INSTALLED THE TIRES WERE INFLATED TO 42 LBS EACH COLD. I WAS TOLD BY YOUR TECHS THE REASON I NEEDED TIRES AFTER HAVING THE CAR FOR ONLY A LITTLE OVER 18MO WAS BECAUSE I KEPT THE TIRES INFLA LBS EACH COLD. I WAS TOLD BY YOUR TECHS THE REASON I NEEDED TIRES AFTER HAVING THE CAR FOR ONLY A LITTLE OVER 18MO WAS BECAUSE I KEPT THE TIRES INFLATED TO THE SPECS ON THE TIRES AND THAT I SHOULD’VE OBSERVED THE SPECS ON THE DOOR TAG WHICH IS 32 LBS WHEN I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPT AFTER GETTING THE CAR HOME AND ASKED WHY THEY WERE INFLATED SO MUCH I COULD’NT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER WHEN THE TECH BALANCED THE NEW TIRES HE JUST LEFT ALL THE DOUBLE FACED TAPE FROM THE OLD WEIGHTS ON THE INSIDE OF THE TIRE IT LOOKS REDICULOUS MY SON WAITED ABOUT 4 HOURS I PURCHASED A PROTECTION PLAN THAT ENTITLED US TO HAVING THE CAR DETAILED EVERY 4TH OIL CHANGE BUT I COULDN’T GET IT DONE ON SATURDAY DAY AND THEN I’M TOLD I COULD HAVE IT DONE ON A SATURDAY IF I WERE TO CALL I FEW DAYS IN ADVANCE. I’M PRETTY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. More
