Well, i went in to get my trucked looked at as i had some assive wear on the outside and ive never had any issues on wuth my tires. I called the service advisor up he says make an appt and we will get it in assive wear on the outside and ive never had any issues on wuth my tires. So here comes the appointment and i go in first thing i am told theres a 3 month warranty on the alignment and this was done 4 months ago. So at this point im getting mad cause i took time out of my work day to solve this issue when i shouldve been told this over the phone, so he told me they cant look at. I asked him after the 30min he spent away from the desk as im here waiting, where is my alignment sheet, advisor says i gave you the copy cause we didnt scan it, coming from a dealership there must be a paper trail of everything , and than and the service advisor was telling me if i start accusing than he cant help me that hes here to help cause i told him if there is no proof how do i know it actually got done so another amount of time goes by and they come back with one from the slginment rack computer, and than i see red on the specs and said that it must all be green and the manager comes and tells me there ia no adjustments on the camber , , when there is and i verified this and the manager had nothing to say and walked away acting like he qas going to a customer. So they took my truck to the alignment rack and said they never touched it and it was all green and in specs i told them the paper says otherwise. So this place need to get the act together cause this is frustrating when a 4k job gets done and they say the warrenty is millage than tells me only months. I liked this dealership had great experiences here till this day. I wish they could train the service advisors to stick to there word cause a man without word is a nobody where i come from, its all about your word and repect. More

I had to bring in our 2018 hellcat due to the radio not working. Sonja had my car diagnosed while I waited, she updated me frequently on the status of the vehicle while her tech was working on it. After he finished diagnosing the car she had my parts ordered before I left. When my parts arrived Sonja let me know and we were able to setup an appointment right away to get the car back in the shop. Working with Sonja has been so easy, she's the best service advisor I've ever dealt with for my vehicles. She was very friendly when she greeted me on the service drive, she was very informative of my cars issues and what it would take to correct them. I also needed a belly pan replaced that was damaged when we were parking the car. Sonja had the part ordered for me right away and installed for me while it was there for the warranty work I originally brought it in for. I came all of the way from Naples to cape coral dodge to have this hellcat looked at and I couldn't have been more happy with my decision. We have a lot of dodge and jeep vehicles and I'll definitely be taking my vehicles to Sonja everytime from now on! More

It was good, they forgot to check tires, came in with 27psi and they marked as 35psi, and forgot car wash.
