My problem is with the work and the response from the tech not the service writer. I ordered custom parts with the purchase of a new 2020 Ram $96, 000.00 out the door. When I picked up the truck the part was not working or looking like it should. I mentioned it to the tech and he said those are aftermarket not Mopar and that is just how it is. After getting home I downloaded the instructions that came with the kit he installed and it clearly stated if you have a problem like (XYZ) which was the exact problem it had. It clearly said how to fix it. I had to remove some and loosen some parts and then follow the instructions which even had a QR code to scan that took you to a YouTube video of the proper procedure. Needless to say after following the instructions. I was able to fix the problem. I went from very disappointed in the product to loving it as it worked and looked as it should. So after spending a small fortune and knowing you charge $150.00 an hour. I can't believe I had to redo the work I paid you to do and that you were not even interested enough to look in to the problem that was right in the instructions. More
My Jeep's rear speed sensors failed after driving cross-country. I had an issue with a dead battery on a brand new vehicle purchased 5 months ago. I called into the dealership to see what I needed to do about getting it replaced and to confirm it was still under warranty. purchased 5 months ago. The first phone call I was transferred to service and spoke with Sarah who couldn't answer my questions but said she would transfer me to a service adviser. That lead me to a voicemail which I left a message. Once the roadside assistance arrived and jumped my car I called the dealership again to find out what I needed to do because I never received a call back. This time Sally answered the phone. As I was trying to explain the situation to her she kept talking over to me so much so I said if you would let me finish you might be able to know who can help me. She then took my name and number and said she would give it to her manager and have them call me back. So I once again waited for a call back at which time my vehicle was currently running in my garage which I could not turn off. After about 20 mins I got in my car and drove to the dealership to get the problem resolved. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a very nice older gentleman who advised me not to turn my vehicle off and stay inside where it was warm and he would get the service adviser to assist me. Javier Gonzalez assisted me and was absolutely wonderful. He was very upfront and honest with me in regards to the time frame it would take to resolve the issue. I told him that so far I was not impressed with the experience dealing with the service dept and told him how the morning started. While waiting inside I received a text message stating that the inspection for my vehicle was completed and that my vehicle would be ready for pickup at 0630pm. So I went back to the counter next to where the service desks are and spoke to Sally about being able to speak to Javier. She said "His desk is over there and pointed but said he is not there". She proceeded to state "He is here but just not at his desk but he will be back". So I stepped back and waited for him to return, after another 15 mins past I noticed my Sales Rep - Patrick was not with a customer so I approached him and showed him the text messaged and asked him is he could possibly help locate Javier so I could find out what was going on with my vehicle and why it was going to take another 6 hrs. Patrick was awesome once again and immediately call Javier and walked me back over there where I was able speak to Javier and find out that my vehicle was getting washed and would be ready in a few minutes. There is not a spot for me to rate the help I received from Patrick but I wanted to let someone know that he once again went above and beyond. Not only did he help me with Javier he happened to see me sitting there waiting and stop to say hi and see how things were going. I don't know if Sally was just having a bad day that day but if she wasn't she should not be one of the front end people dealing with customers. There is nothing worst than having someone talk over you and when you ask to speak to someone to just be told he is not here but will be back, it doesn't really make you want to come back again.
