Oil Change I came in for an oil change without an appointment and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour to do the work. OOPS!! well when i left the dealership i had no blinkers ( what happened?) and i noticed some foreign material on my inside black plastic trim frame that was well when i left the dealership i had no blinkers ( what happened?) and i noticed some foreign material on my inside black plastic trim frame that was dried up and sticky near the air conditioner button. i understand that they do a so many point inspection check and all i had done was an oil change. the service manager charley told me there would be no reason why the worker who did the oil change would go inside the vehicle but i wonder? the young guys were friendly but i own a really nice classic 2000 jeep cherokee sport that i go out of my way to make it really presentable so i do not need any kind of damage done to it. i pointed out the mess to charley but he was still trying to figure out the blinker issue. after regaining the use of my blinkers out of the blue i left the dealership,got home and tried to get the gooey dried up mess off of my nice black plastic trim. it damaged it!! i would like to see something done there to help me out here and i can tell you what. thank you!! trespectfully, gregg t. kolessar p.s. i respect the workers there as i have worked hard myself in my lifetime and put no blame on anyone but to try to correct the issue.
