I am so glad my neighbor told me that he prefers this dealership for service. I took my Jeep Cherokee for service and was very impressed. I was interested in a Ram 1500. Well a few weeks later I saw one dealership for service. I took my Jeep Cherokee for service and was very impressed. I was interested in a Ram 1500. Well a few weeks later I saw one I liked. Sales guy was great. No pressure honesty which is what I liked most. That was last Sunday and Monday signed up for a purchase. Today I had a minor issue and went to have service on the new 1500. Just a simple alignment to get things dialed in. Service was very efficient and my new truck was dialed in perfectly. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. I did order an accessory from parts and the parts personnel were very good. So far my first impressions are right up there! More

RAM 2500 fuel filter change The team that works the front was prompt and courteous. The reason for my visit was to change the 2 fuel filters on my diesel RAM 2500 and upon getti The team that works the front was prompt and courteous. The reason for my visit was to change the 2 fuel filters on my diesel RAM 2500 and upon getting in my truck, it had a very strong smell of raw diesel fuel. The tech took no precautions to ensure that fuel wasn't dumped all over the frame and drivetrain resulting in fuel visibly dripping from under the truck when I picked it up. I feel like my truck was serviced as if it was a dump truck or fleet truck instead of a luxury "city truck". Diesel fuel is not a pleasant smell and it also attracts dirt and grime anywhere its spilled.. My suggestion is to coach your tech's to take more care and have pride in providing service as if it was their vehicle.. More

Service advisor was not very nice. I was sent from carmax and they set up appointment, upon arrival noone knew how to handle the payment. I was told on several occasions they would not release my vehicle to and they set up appointment, upon arrival noone knew how to handle the payment. I love this dealership, however when I get my vehicles serviced, they can never seem to find the paperwork at the cashier's desk.
