I've used the service department 3 times now and every time I have to go back for something, from not giving back my wheel lock tool to not adjust tire pressure after rotation. Truck was there for 4 days for service and recall. All service was not completed and when I picked up the vehicle I noticed a notification on dash saying fuel filters were at 0% and needed replacing. Serv service was not completed and when I picked up the vehicle I noticed a notification on dash saying fuel filters were at 0% and needed replacing. Service advisor stated a multi vehicle inspection was completed and that would have been checked. I had to take time off of work to bring the vehicle back to have service completed. I listed issues wrong with the vehicle to be covered under warranty. I was told the issues could not be replicated. When I returned on Saturday to have the service completed the advisor was shown the issues that I previously stated were wrong with the vehicle. He acknowledged the issue and stated I would need to leave the vehicle again for the issues to be addressed. More

Very nice with my second advisor who was Sonia, she was much better at letting me know what was going on with my truck.The only problem I have with the work it was warranty work and my back window was leak much better at letting me know what was going on with my truck.The only problem I have with the work it was warranty work and my back window was leaking and it had mold all over under my back seats they cleaned some of it up and replaced a lot of the carpeting and backboard, but under my seat on the floor was still a bunch of white mold that was left there that I had to clean up for over an hour because of the leak. More

The experience was good especially when compared to my last experience at Sam Galloway Ford. We got the deal done and out in about two hours. The staff and the dealership are excellent. Professional, friendly etc. The only negative thing I have to say is the waiting time I mean they tell you it takes approx 1 1/2 to 2 hours and it takes like 3 1/2 friendly etc. The only negative thing I have to say is the waiting time I mean they tell you it takes approx 1 1/2 to 2 hours and it takes like 3 1/2 hours.
