VERY GOOD VISIT1 I ran upon a concrete barrier in a parking lot that had rebar sticking out the top. I didn't realize my vehicle was that low. When I backed it off I p I ran upon a concrete barrier in a parking lot that had rebar sticking out the top. I didn't realize my vehicle was that low. When I backed it off I pulled the front bumper and some of the lining underneath loose. I placed a telephone call from home and left a message. I needed to go to work the following day, so my daughter followed me to Cape Girardeau Honda and without an appointment I went in. The fellow at the desk was very nice and said they would fix it for me. He called me at work a few hours later and let me know the car was finished. I asked them to do a three year check while it was there. When I got there I got an itemized statement showing what had been done and was surprised because it seemed very reasonable. I also had asked about the tread on my tires (I am a widow) and know very little about tires or automobile repairs. He let me know that my tires were still in very good condition. I appreciate an honest workman because there are a couple of places that would have made me feel like I needed new tires immediately. I appreciate Cape Girardeau Honda, because my Sonata has given me very good service and so has the company when I have a need. By the way, I did receive a telephone call regarding the message I left the previous evening and let me know that I could go ahead and bring it up. I let him know it was already there.
