unsatisfied customer I must say I am very disappointed with my last purchase from honda cape girardeau. In the past they have done me well which is why I had decided to co I must say I am very disappointed with my last purchase from honda cape girardeau. In the past they have done me well which is why I had decided to come back again to make another purchase, only this last time wasn't a pleasant one. I was sold a 2011 chevy equinox but before hand I test drove the vehichle no problems at all. Not even 2 weeks later the truck begin to feel as if it were missing. When i brought it to their attn they claim there was nothing wrong with the vehichle when obviously there was. About a month after the purchase the window went out and I still had the problem of the truck missing. Once again i took it to their servive dept to have it looked at and they proceeded to tell me that they hooked it up to the machine and there was nothing wrong with it. I left after paying for the window to be fixed which i felt should not have came out of my pocket considering that I had only made 1 payment on the car. I cont to drive the vehichle only to see that it was getting worse. Now my check engine light is on and I decided to take it to a chevy dealership this time. Hopefully they can come up with a solution. I just feel as if honda did not take the time out that was needed for their customer. Not to mention i feel like there were some figures or prices that were not properly discussed during the closing. More
