NEVER BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU BRING A TAPE RECORDING OR COURT STENOGRAPHER BECAUSE THEY DON'T BACK UP WHAT THEY PROMISE AND FEMALE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE!!!!!!! IM GLAD IM IN ANOTHER STATE NOW. the buying process was smooth; i explained i was moving to another state and was told everything would be great with the kia connect and i could get my free maintenance done in nc. well, that was wrong. thank goodness kia in my state is very helpful / friendly / compassionate about giving exceptional service. they looked into all matters for me. i ended up having to purchase a maintenance agreement which was never explained to me. When i called all the manager kept saying was did you get it in writing; did you get it in writing over & over again and she said she had no idea what i discussed with sales person since she was not there. OK, so don't you train the sales people? don't they represent kia? shouldnt you know what the sales people are promising in order to make a sale? AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE 5 WITNESSES & A COURT STENOGRAPHER More

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, a Sorento last year, and most recently a Kia Sportage. The dealership and the salesperson Fred Barber were great. He listened to needs and explained what he had, the different option of each model, and got me the vehicle. The registration process and financial process were completed quickly. Once the vehicle was ready Fred (the salesperson), provided a detailed review of the vehicle features and screen technology. I met the manager and the service team and set timing for the initial vehicle checkup. the dealership has been great to work with on my existing car which has had no issues. Maintenance service has been great and timely. I would highly recommend the dealership and Fred Barber. He never rushed me and his follow up was impeccable. We often get compliments on our vehicles and more importantly the ride and handling as well as the safety features and comfort are great. I am very pleased with the dealership and particularly with Fred. They also had more vehicles in stock than other Kia dealerships in Massachusetts. I was very pleased with the experience. Paul S. Drove 100 mi. to try out a Used Soul with my daughter. No budge on price, I guess in these times not abnormal, but manager never even came to speak to me. Car had cloth, not leather--mentioned this, no chang budge on price, I guess in these times not abnormal, but manager never even came to speak to me. Car had cloth, not leather--mentioned this, no change on their description still, and they have increased price of car by $900.Also, salesperson didn't understand how the warranty works on used vehicles--told me we would get up to 60K mi coverage on power train even though car is 5 yrs old. Made me feel I couldn't trust the dealership. Walked. Bought used Kia at another dealership in MA--leather, navigation, apple play, 2 years younger with 20K more miles, bit dream ride for $1400 less than their now increased price. Buyer beware--especially women buying--felt I was treated like I was stupid. I am the one in my family who does the car shopping and dealing. Very disappointed More
I purchased my 3 rd car from them . On May 2021 the 2020 Rio Hatchback was paid off. I call them saying the car is paid was paid off and would like a refund on the GAP Insurance . I spoke with Mike Sewell a Rio Hatchback was paid off. I call them saying the car is paid was paid off and would like a refund on the GAP Insurance . I spoke with Mike Sewell about . He told me he need a letter saying the car is paid off. I call the bank to get the letter by email . The bank sent me the letter by email and I sent it Mike and him called him back gave him the pin number . I did a follow up couple weeks later and they tell me to call the Bank to get the money . So I call the bank about it and they said if got the Gap insurance from the dealership then they are the one issuing the refund . I still have not got the refund for Gap Insurance . I will not get anymore add ones because it a hassle getting a refund . More
