Service manager, Helder, needs to go or I can see a lot of business being lost due to his poor manners and overall attitude. Please and thank you can go a long way but he barely opened his mouth. He wants to get you in, get your money and get you out. In a 30minute visit I witnessed him belittle his staff and prance around like he is top dog. It was embarrassing for the company, a place where I have had my car serviced and repaired for years. Happily taking my future business elsewhere. More
Horrible service So after buying a 2018 Kia Forte in May my air conditioning started leaking into my car, I called for service covered under my warranty. After being berated and spoken down to the service tech fixing it tells me it was caused by a spider and charged me almost $90 to repair it. Well two months later my spider seems to be back! Not sure what kind of a spiders we have on Cape Cod but I’m just going to caution other buyers. More
