I had to make an appointment to get a tire leak fixed because they couldn’t look at it otherwise. Even with an appointment it took two and a half hours to fix a simple nail in the tire leak. I recently purchased a new CX5 from Capistrano Mazda and have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I originally wanted a CX30 but changed my mind in the middle of the transaction.
