I could not be happier with the service I receive at Capistrano Mazda. It’s very simple to schedule/change an appointment by phone. The service center is often very busy, but it never feels chaotic—ever Capistrano Mazda. It’s very simple to schedule/change an appointment by phone. The service center is often very busy, but it never feels chaotic—everything is VERY well-organized. From the moment you pull in, you are greeted, and they show you exactly where to put your car. You’re then escorted to a service rep for check-in who goes over the reason for your visit and they listen carefully to all of your concerns. I find all the reps here to be personable, professional, and thorough. The waiting area is newly remodeled, comfortable, and socially distanced. There’s a strong WIFI connection and a standing “plug-in” bar with a couple of stations, so you can get work done while you wait. The reps maintain communication with you, sharing the results of any diagnostics and the service team’s recommendations for action. On my last visit, they even sent a short video to my phone showing my car in the bay. (Tbh, I wasn’t really sure what to do with that, but I’m sure some drivers would appreciate that...) When the work is done, a rep will go over in detail all service that was performed on the car (and what wasn’t) and show you where it is itemized on the bill. They provide you with a very detailed paper record and suggest a date/mileage reading for your next service visit. The only thing I really can’t speak to is the pricing, because this is my only car and I only have it serviced here, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. You can be confident that you’re getting quality here though. Highly recommend. More

My CX5 had an "engine" symbol showing. Brought my car in to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining wh to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining why my light was on. He was very thorough and I understood what was going on. Then I got a phone call from Cyrena and Hector discussing what needed to be done to fix my problem. We agreed and Hector did a wonderful job fixing my engine. When I went to pick up my car, again, Cyrena was was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. This level of service is why I continue to come to this dealer for service and new cars. More
As usual, I was able to easily drop my car off, and get a clear understanding of what to expect.
