This review is for one of the salespersons, Fred. On their website, I found the Land Cruiser I was considering to purchase. The site said the vehicle was in-transit and not immediately available. As soon as I submitted a request for information, I received a call from Fred. Within two minutes, I was able to reserve the vehicle with a deposit. Fred is a no xx, no haggling salesperson who's been in the game for almost 30 years so he's seen and heard everything! Polite, friendly, and upfront. I understand now that the dealership itself doesn't go above MSRP which he disclosed during our short conversation. I'd recommend this dealership over the one San Diego dealership I tried to work with and got stabbed in the back. Go straight to Capistrano Valley Toyota and go to Fred! More
