I contacted at least nine dealerships trying to get someone to give me out the door car pricing so I could work out my finances and get the right car. I had a terrible time interacting with several dealerships. Just trying to get answers from them on what my needs were. When I interacted with Anthony Zavala , he got right to work and took me very seriously answering all my questions working with all my requests and even having a porter transport, a special color car from another dealership for me all while meeting my best deal possible price request. he was very transparent. Everything was as he said when I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready then I encountered Michael park who finished the deal on behalf of Anthony who had left for the day and Michael took very good care of preparing the car and making sure our needs where met. We met with Reginald Dickerson in the finance who I wanted to decline on all his products but he took the time to talk about the gap insurance and make sure that our family had what we needed with teenage drivers. Overall, I am blown away by the special attention and the excellent teamwork that was at this dealership. I have gotten several cars here over many years and I plan to Return 100%. Thank you so much to everybody on your team.

What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

We had such an awesome experience at Santa Margarita Toyota last night. Huge thanks to Kevin, Otto, Kai, and Ephraim for taking such great care of us. My daughter turned in her Toyota RAV4 lease early and drove away in a brand new hybrid RAV4 for the same monthly payment she was already paying. She was completely blown away. She drove it to work this morning and was absolutely in heaven. She’s stoked to have a new car, better gas mileage, and such a great deal. What made it even better was how easy and pleasant the whole process was. The vibe at Santa Margarita Toyota is super low pressure, but still really helpful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Toyotas are already great cars and people want them, but if you’re going to buy one, this is the dealership to go to. They didn’t have the exact 2026 RAV4 she wanted because they’re so new, but they ordered it, called us the day it came in, and made the whole process so smooth. Turning in the leased car and leaving with the new one was way easier than we expected. My daughter and I both said the same thing when we left: that was the easiest transaction we’ve ever had at any dealership. We’re so thankful and highly recommend Santa Margarita Toyota. Great people, great service, great dealership!

I went in for an oil change service with an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half with a car wash. I was okay with waiting but it wasn't done until three hours later. There was no communication except for me asking the cashier if my truck was ready. I was finally informed by the service guy it was ready. I paid and I gave my ticket to the porter to bring my truck around it took another twenty plus minutes and was not washed. I called and complained to the service manager about my experience and all that was offered was for me to bring my truck down to get washed. I guess if you pay extra for a service contract they don't care because they already have your money.
