Not particularly friendly atmosphere. Person who checked me in kept telling me the extra I had requested when I filled out the service form online couldn’t be done. He made excuses. You don’t make a customer wrong when the form you filled out had an area to request other service All he had to say was let me are what I can do. In the end, without telling me he did have the problem looked at. Could. It be solved that day. If you don’t want people to request extra service when requesting the periodic maintenance then take it off the form. I was really disappointed in the atmosphere for the first time. More
