My husband and I were looking for a used car for our teen son to drive. We went to a Cary GMC/Chevrolet Dealer and told the salesman what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. He said he had 2 cars for us to look at and we set up an appointment to see them. When we came for our appointment, the cars were no where to be found. He said they were sold over the weekend and offered no apology. He showed us something else that did not meet our specifications at all. He contacted us the next day and said he found a car online at a dealer auction. If we wanted it, we would have to put down a $500 deposit to get it. Sight unseen. If we didnt like it, we would lose our money. It was also $4,000 over what we wanted to spend. We found Bobby Murray dealership online and decided to give them a try. What a difference! Chuck Monsour listened to what we were looking for and showed us several cars. No high pressure sales tactics at all. He was more than willing to negotiate on price, even though the price was already below it's value. Even though we came just for a car, we saw a slightly used Yukon XL which we loved. The dealership had it priced well below blue book value. We couldn't resist it at that price and we traded in our older Suburban for it. We bought 2 vehicles from them! I would highly recommend Bobby Murray Chevrolet to anyone who is tired of the Cary Dealership's games and lack of willingness to listen to customer's wants and needs. Do not go there! The experience that I had with the sales department was mediocre at best. However, the service department is grade A HORRIBLE!!!! After disputing the charges it was told to me that Bobby Murray himself couldn' t do anything about it!!!! Be warned...its your vehicle and most of all your MONEY!!! More

We purchased a GM crate engine from this company and did not know at the time of purchase we were buying an engine made in Mexico. We spent more than a year restoring a car around this engine.
