We had a good experience here but not a GREAT one. Once the sale was made our sales guy wasn't that interested in answering questions or speaking with us. We have tried to purchase used here, and they are ridiculously over-priced. Service department, again, they are nice, but nothing exceptional. Again, very overpriced. I'm extremely happy with my car, but when it's time to get a new one I will probably go to Langan Audi where we were treated much better. They're basically the same cars anyway. More

This dealership far exceeded my expectations. I have never been to a dealer where I felt like they cared about what I wanted and needed in a car like Capital Cities.
