I felt very confident dealing with him and I ended up feeling very satisfied with the lease. I've had only good experiences at Capital Cities: this is the second VW I've leased there. The sales team and service departments are terrific. Those who work there are responsive, engaged, efficient, helpful, and generally make me feel as though this is the only dealership I'll ever need to work with. (And I also like that Capital Cities is an underwriter of public radio. For me, that's a real plus!) More
