I first went to CC Honda for this minor service (oil change and tire rotation) several weeks ago, waited in my car in hot sun for upwards of 1/2 hour without anyone coming to check me in, and finally ma change and tire rotation) several weeks ago, waited in my car in hot sun for upwards of 1/2 hour without anyone coming to check me in, and finally maneuvered my car out of line and went home. Hoping that was a fluke, I made another appointment and went back today. Shortly after my arrival, I was told to stay in my car and that a service person would be with me soon. Thirty-seven minutes later, I got out of my car and accosted a service manager. At this point, things got better. Nick Salazar apologized to me for the long wait, checked my car in, and I settled myself in the comfortable waiting room. When the work was finished, Mr. Salazar was very helpful in explaining to me what services I would need in future, including replacing my too-old tires. I doubt, however, that I will come back to Capital City Honda after twice having to wait so unreasonably long before even seeing a service manager. Is it possible that new management has cut staffing in order to squeeze more profits out of the business? More
Nice people, but I waited in my car for an hour and a half to be checked in. They got me checked in so late that I had to leave my car overnight for a replacement tire that was under warranty. I called to get an appointment for the recall of 2023 CRV’s, and got a morning appointment, and advised I would be waiting for the car. When I got there, I was in a line of cars, and was asked to wait un CRV’s, and got a morning appointment, and advised I would be waiting for the car. When I got there, I was in a line of cars, and was asked to wait until the service manager came to my car and wrote it up. She was very polite and professional. She then invited me to go into their waiting area, where they had coffee, donuts, and comfortable chairs, as well as Wi-Fi which we could use. They called me in less than two hours, and I was on my way. Great experience! More
Overbooked and prob the worst customer service. I had to wait almost 30 minutes until someone attended me (and this was with an appointment). When I finally was attended there was no sense of apolo I had to wait almost 30 minutes until someone attended me (and this was with an appointment). When I finally was attended there was no sense of apology for the wait. The person who did my service was detailed and sent a video with the recommendations. Finally, I received the message that my car was ready- unfortunately I still had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to bring my car. Cashier’s customer service was also very poor. Honestly, had never been to a place that made me feel I was an inconvenience. Shout out to the guy whose name I didn’t get but after a 2 hour wait, he came and offered water to all of us who were waiting outside. More
Nick Salazar was a huge help in all the process of helping me with the AC malfunction. It quick and painless. I was afraid it was going to cost me or my car stay at the dealership for a long time.
