I had the great fortune of having Nesly Telusme as my salesperson. If you should ask for him by name, Nesly is pronounced "Nestle." Since I live about 200 miles away, making this sale work smoothly was no easy task. Nesly went above and beyond the call of duty to help make it happen. There were a couple of major hurdles before and after the sale, but he handled them with aplomb and good cheer, and got it done! Yet, as they say, it takes a village, and Capital Eurocars provided Nesly with the team support he needed to deliver solutions. Case in point, Chris, the sales manager was terrific. Oftentimes, when you get to the point of crunching the final numbers and closing the deal, it can feel like a grudge match.
