Nesly was very laid back and polite which made it easy for my wife and I to just relax and digest the cars features and benefits in comparison to other cars we had tested. The car we bought is amazing and it didn't take us long to decide to move inside for the transaction. Nesly was efficient and listened to our input. He was able to communicate it accurately to the Sales Manager John Sipay and we reached an agreement quickly. I sincerely appreciate the enthusiasm the whole team had for us when we were done. The vehicle is for my wife and they made her feel special. I also commend Jeremiah for assisting us while Nesly was with another customer when we arrived. He made sure the dealership made a good first impression. Finally, we are grateful to their finance guru who realizing we had our own financing in place hastened the process so we could get on the road in our shiny new luxury car. More

Upon arrival, the gentlemen personally sanitized my vehicle to make certain there were no germs transmitted to the customer and others in the general area. Also, Capital Eurocars method of practicing good safety measures was definitely representation of Good Customer Service especially during these unusual times of COVID-19. In addition, Mr. William Gilkes, Service Consultant assisted by asking questions regarding the reason for my visit and provided an approximate time that the service would be complete. Moreover, Mr. Gilkes, contacted me telephonically to indicate that my vehicle was ready for pick-up as well as advised me of the condition of my rear tires and provided price-points for purchasing new tires.
