Just did There is no communication from service department about status of vehicle repairs and no way to reach anyone. I was on hold for between 13 and 17 minutes before anyone answered. Fluids wer department about status of vehicle repairs and no way to reach anyone. I was on hold for between 13 and 17 minutes before anyone answered. Fluids were not topped off. Still no response on whether my headlight fix is covered by warranty. More

The wait time was fine. The problem is with the up cost. Wow! Too expensive for me, and obviously for a lot of the regulars.
