I had a problem with my brand new f-150. I started having issues with the AC two days after I bought it. Here we are almost a month later. Long story short there isn’t a repair for the AC. Or make me drive around in a hot truck. He is going to make Ford buy my truck back from me. This is in my humble opinion the RIGHT way to run a business. I’m extremely satisfied with capital ford. Everyone from Doug Watkins who sold me the vehicle to Jeff the service advisor. And especially Mr. Barbor the owner. This is how you run a business. Thank you to the whole capital ford family.
