I had an appointment at 8:45 AM and no one called me to let me know they didn’t look at the car until 3 PM that day. Then it ended up going over two days for basic repairs. Great. It's the first time I've been to the new location. Wonderful service as always but I do want to say that more than 1 of the staff members there uses It's the first time I've been to the new location. Wonderful service as always but I do want to say that more than 1 of the staff members there uses profanities more than they should in a professional setting. The glass doors are open to the offices and it seemed almost regular for the staff to speak with bad language. I know it's mainly a group of guys but children could be present in the lobby. Not trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill just wanted you to be aware. Otherwise - great experience as always. More
