After having my 2020 Transit Connect worked on at a local shop in Surf City they said they couldn’t finish they job. They then sent it to this dealership to finish the job. After almost a month they finished shop in Surf City they said they couldn’t finish they job. They then sent it to this dealership to finish the job. After almost a month they finished and gave me my vehicle. However the check engine light was still on. They reset it and said if it comes back on please call us. The very next day the check engine light came on so I brought it in. They said it was still the same issue but they will not be able to take the vehicle back in for 2 weeks. So after 2 months and around $2,000 I still have the same issue. The tags are now expired and I cannot get it inspected until this issue is fixed. I love Ford’s and have 6 different Mavericks and Transits to fuel my pool service business. Especially now I am turning down business because I do not have a vehicle ready. Yesterday I ended up buying my first Toyota Tacoma since their dealership in Wilmington has the team I need. Ford of Wilmington cannot be relied on by anyone who needs vehicles. More

The only part that I was disappointed/ dissatisfied was the window tint the dealer had done. When you spend this amount of money, you expect little things like this to be correct. I’ve got to pay to have the tint removed and redone. A customer shouldn’t have to pay more money after the sale the fix a problem the dealer should have taken care of in the first place. When I brought it to the salesman’s attention, he just kinda shrugged it off. More
