Interaction with service tech was great, but getting truck to the maintenance tech to be work on leaves something to be desired. My service order was a work in. My truck set on your lot for 11 days without being looked at. I felt there was a strong possibility a belt had shread so I went & looked at the truck & found that was th problem. We added this info to the service request. I asked another manager to get involved. The truck was brought in, diagnosed & repaired in about 4 hrs on the 12 day. It seems that the current system doesn’t allow for the priority (1st come 1st serve) be change to something else that makes since! I have purchased 8 vehicles from your dealership and would like to continue this in the future. More
