We have gone here twice for oil changes in our 2022 Maverick. Both times, something was missed. The first time, the technician failed to reset the oil change monitor, and when I called to see how to re Maverick. Both times, something was missed. The first time, the technician failed to reset the oil change monitor, and when I called to see how to reset it, I was told I had to return to the dealership for them to do it. When I got there, the technician said that actually I could reset it. The 2nd visit, with odometer reading of 26,000 miles, I was told I may need an alignment. They would test it and if it wasn’t necessary, it would just be $30 for the diagnostic test. When they finished, they had done the alignment, and the paperwork showed that there was only one reading that was .01 off from the normal range. If anyone was using their brain, they would have come to tell me it wasn’t really necessary yet and to get it on the next visit. My receipt also showed normal levels of fluids, but when I got in the car, the low windshield fluid alert came up. I had to go get fluid to fill it. It’s for all those careless neglects that we will not return to Capital Ford. More
