I brought my Ford Mustang in to investigate issues I was experiencing with the manual transmission. My appointment was for 8:30am and after dropping my vehicle off, was never contacted the rest of the day b experiencing with the manual transmission. My appointment was for 8:30am and after dropping my vehicle off, was never contacted the rest of the day by my service advisor. Instead, Capital Ford kept my car overnight without any notification or authorization from me. My service advisor James did apologize for the communication miss and fortunately, I had alternative transportation. The issue was diagnosed and the repair was made. That said, this isn't the first time I've experienced poor communication from Capital Ford which is why I struggle to recommend them. More
