Absolutely one of the worst automobile dealerships I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, and I say that as the son of the director of AAA and the nephew of the head the Michigan automobile dealers associ ever dealt with in my entire life, and I say that as the son of the director of AAA and the nephew of the head the Michigan automobile dealers association. my father was behind dealerships such as Crippin and Story and was highly respected in the automobile industry in this city. But the days of reputable and decent automobile industry people in this city are long gone, and this dealership is a fine example of what to expect now. Good luck if you have a recall that needs to be done because they don’t wanna touch it because they’re all about profit and greed. I literally scheduled an appointment to come in to have a recall repair done with Mike and added an oil change and all they did was the oil change and didn’t do the recall repair because they don’t care about you, your car, or your safety, only your money…. I have now spent over a year waiting for this recall repair to be done and they keep blowing it off. Once they get a sale they couldn’t give a xxxx about you as a customer and could care, even less about endangering lives by refusing to do manufacturer recalls, because there’s no profit for them in that obviously. I would absolutely never ever ever buy another Honda based on my dealing with this dealership, and this particular dealership brings a whole new meaning to worthless. But in a city that was once a great automotive city, that no longer has anything to offer anybody except poverty, decay and failed businesses, I guess this is what one should expect. Reputable dealers are not gonna be here. They’re gonna be in Metro Detroit or Ann Arbor or Grand Rapids. More
I have never had an issue with a Honda dealership until now, my father visited this dealership and it has been a mess. Questions can never be answered accurately and it seems like they just don’t want to d now, my father visited this dealership and it has been a mess. He went in for a recall and the windshield fluid was not topped off, he mentioned another issue regarding some noise in the A/C and it was disregarded. And the most concerning issue some lid or something that had to be screwed on underneath the vehicle (I do not know what it is called) was not screwed on correctly and now mid-drive to another state on the highway those screws fell off and the lid is barely hanging on. This is beyond unacceptable and mediocre work at most. I expected more from a supposedly reputable dealership. Do better and hire people that are actually willing to do their job CORRECTLY. More
I take my Honda Civic hatchback here for routine maintenance. I have never had a bad encounter with any of the employees here, everyone is friendly and willing to help. He is knowledgeable and answers all of my questions/concerns on the car, and provides me advice on my car even if I am not at the dealership. More

Everyone is very professional and helpful in all of my interactions with staff and go way beyond the call of duty in helping customers. I waited for a oil change and tire rotation I had brought a book to read while I waited. All of the employees I interacted with were courteous and kind. I gave a coupon to be used as payment. Door Adjustment I took my CRV in for a door adjustment because I am hearing wind noise in my driver window. The mechanic was very friendly and seemed confident that he could quickly fix my problem. He even washed my car. I was very excited to like the problem had been fixed so quickly. After I left the dealership I realized that while the wind noise was gone my door stuck when opening and closing. I returned again and he said that he could adjust the door handle but then the wind noise may return to let him know how it worked out. Well, the door still sticks a bit and the noise is as annoying as it was when I first arrived. One thing that bothered me the most is that the car was never taken for a test drive. I would really hesitate to bring my car back here for service. More

Service on my 2016 CRV I have always had great service on all the Honda vehicles I have leased.
