I would like to focus on the service writer who was present the day I came in. I was concerned that I needed two panels replaced on the roof of the car. When the gentleman examined the car, he explaine present the day I came in. I was concerned that I needed two panels replaced on the roof of the car. When the gentleman examined the car, he explained to me that the fading was because of water spots and gave me some advice on what type of cleaner I could purchase to remove it. I must admit, I was more than surprised at how good his advice was. He also pointed me in the direction for another product to bring the black color back into the rain guards over the windows. Once again, his recommendation was on target. Some good advice and a little elbow grease with the right product was all I needed! Thank you and please thank the service writer for me. More

Shane did a great job a setting up our recall appointment and maintaining contact. Took Ionic 5 to get a key fob programmed and they did it well. However, the car was due for a tire rotation and an air filter change and no one called me to tell me that it was due. I forgot about it, so I well. However, the car was due for a tire rotation and an air filter change and no one called me to tell me that it was due. I forgot about it, so I should’ve brought it up. A bit more attention to detail is needed. Now I have to bring the car back and I have to drive 100 miles to get my car to the dealership. The staff was very friendly and helpful. More
