The sales side is awesome but unfortunately the vehicle prep and service side seems to only point fingers. Management must get all parties in a room and explain to them that everyone must be responsible. D prep and service side seems to only point fingers. Communicate across your departments or use the door to go home and seek different employment. You all have a chance to be part of the success or the failure. So choose carefully. More
