Excellent Experience at a Dealership!! Purchased a new Hyundai Ioniq from Stevenson. This is my 4th new car purchase and I have to say, the experience was the nicest and easiest one I have Purchased a new Hyundai Ioniq from Stevenson. This is my 4th new car purchase and I have to say, the experience was the nicest and easiest one I have had yet. I started communicating on-line and over the phone, then went in for a test drive and met Daniel Preuett my salesman took the test drive. I said I wanted their best price and they came back with an offer, I asked for one more thing, and I got a great price better than True Cars pricing and we had a deal! It was that easy. However, it was past dinner time and I was hungry so I asked how long the paperwork would take and that I wanted to go grab something to eat and come back and sign the paperwork. Most places would have panicked and not let you leave, but not Stevenson Hyundai! They said sure go grab a bite and we'll have the paperwork waiting for you in about 40 minutes. I came back after eating and signed the paperwork, hopped in my new Ioniq and home I went! I highly recommend Stevenson! For me it was a drive to get there but the experience was worth it. I live in Wilmington and I tried dealing with the local Wilmington Hyundai dealership however, i got the "typical dealership" garbage and sales pitches and I didn't want to deal that way. Stevenson was a pleasant buying experience, well worth the trip! More
