Mike Allen was my sales rep and I couldn’t be happier. I am a single mom and I work two jobs full time. I didn’t have the ability to go to the dealership so Mike brought the vehicle of my choosing to my h I am a single mom and I work two jobs full time. I didn’t have the ability to go to the dealership so Mike brought the vehicle of my choosing to my home to test drive and everything! I was even able to do the paperwork from home as well! Super impressed with the superior service that I received from Mike. He answered all questions that I had and I feel really good about my purchase. 10/10 highly recommend. More
Took time off from work and made arrangements with car rental to drop off my car for repairs needed. Then they tell me they don’t have all the parts. I don’t think they even looked at the parts until I go rental to drop off my car for repairs needed. Then they tell me they don’t have all the parts. I don’t think they even looked at the parts until I got their. They keep forgetting the details of the repairs needed, and I had to make 4 phone calls to get a revised repair estimate, not including many phone calls made with no answer in the service department or it goes into a voice mail that is not set up yet. After the 4th call for the estimate needed I still waited another 2 days. Then estimate didn’t make sense and was done unprofessionally. The revised estimate was less then the first one because they can’t remember all the details or they don’t keep notes. Then I’m told the added part comes with the section that needs to be painted which it clearly does not. So first it needs a body shop then it doesn’t. The job will take couple days. Then it changed to 4 hours. Oops they forget there was paint involved. Then 3 days. Gracious!! 2 different stories from 2 different people. Now I don’t trust them to even change my oil. I will drive an hour and go to New Bern from now one. I went against my better judgement even after reading all the lousy reviews with this place. I won’t do that again. More

I would recommend going to see him if you're in the market for a Hyundai! More
Don't waste your time!!! If you are looking for a new or used car, stay away. First of all, the place is being remodeled, so you will do business in the brake room for the mechanics. Which is not bad, and I understand the issue of temporarily having to use different rooms, BUT it does not have to look like you are buying a car from Slick Willy on the backside if a landfill!!! Then the unmotivated sales rep walked out to greet the newborn from his coworker. We were sitting there ready to drop 50K on a car that needs to be ordered because the lot is empty. So, NO, I will not buy a car from this particular guy or dealership. We will go back to New Bern, where we went yesterday to actually test drive the car we want. It just was the wrong color. The gentleman, Tommy Jones, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He spend 2 hrs with us, explaining everything, knowing very well he wasn't going to sell us this car. That's what I call service. So Capital Hyundai, go and take some notes, see how to do business the right way. More
Bottom Line: Suspected Fraud- Service department did not perform service that was paid for (tire rotation) during 2nd scheduled vehicle service interval (12,000 miles), and most likely didn't during the 1st perform service that was paid for (tire rotation) during 2nd scheduled vehicle service interval (12,000 miles), and most likely didn't during the 1st one either. Service dept was also very "coy" about the type of oil included in the maintenance plan, on both service visits. Filed complaint with NC DOJ and asked to have them investigated. More
Do not take you car to get repaired here they do snake like work to quote unquote hook you up. I have report them to corporate twice which the dealership was hit twice with negative reports and I report t like work to quote unquote hook you up. If you do happen to take your car get proof of everything that happens don't trust them with anything they will stab you in the back and call you a liar. Take your business else where Capital Hyundai of Jacksonville is not the place for customer service or service period. Just look at their reports. More
