The entire time my car was there waiting for the recall to be fixed. No one communicated anything to us until I called. They had to order the part. But we were never told that until we called. After it was to be fixed. No one communicated anything to us until I called. They had to order the part. But we were never told that until we called. After it was there past date of service I called. Nobody knew anything. But I was told they would escalate the call and get back to us. That never happened. I went up there 11-8-2025 to check in person. They were supposed to be open till 5pm. But closed around 230pm instead and nobody made us aware. I really feel like id I hadn't checked on my car's status it'd still be sitting there.
