I was enrolled in the Military For Life Service Plan, which state that I could receive a complimentary car wash for life along with other allowances. I had no problem getting my car washed the first time, but when I tried to schedule another wash I was met with excuses and straight out rudeness from the service dept. They basically lied and reneged on the offer I signed up for. I am in shock of the way they handled this, so much for honoring a promise to a veteran. I will never buy another vehicle from this place nor recommend them to a friend. Customer service sucks!! Thy don't honor their word or promises. More

We sat and waited for our truck for over an hour when they had had 3+ days to fix the mirror. Jasmin the person who sold us the truck had to set us up an appointment for the day after we bought it to get they had had 3+ days to fix the mirror. Your service dept is obviously lazy and cares nothing about the customer. We had to cancel other plans because they didn't do their job in the allotted 3 days before we picked up the truck. You should seriously look into getting another company for any dealership that uses this service department. When we buy another vehicle we will not use any dealership that uses that service dept. I'd like to think the dealership cares more about its customers than this service dept. shows. I'm still appalled and angry by the lack of respect and indignity they showed us. One star is to much but they didn't offer zero stars or I would've given them a zero star rating! More
