The service dept has been good, not great. I went to pick up my vehicle from being serviced and had to wait over 20 minutes with no one asking if they could help. After waiting with other cust I went to pick up my vehicle from being serviced and had to wait over 20 minutes with no one asking if they could help. After waiting with other customers, I approached a staff member and asked if he knew when they’d be back inside. His response was that they didn’t leave until 6 so they weren’t gone and would be back in sometime. He did finally walk outside to go get them a few minutes later. Justin seems very knowledgeable and has always been very helpful over the phone. More

Not a long wait for an oil change and tire rotation. The only negative is since being there months ago they are working on the original service garage and I didn’t know until I arrived. It would’ve been helpful if I received instructions on where to go. I did notice the sign for the new service area, but there was a white pickup truck parked there so I was a little confused. Glad there was an employee standing outside that I asked and the owner of the truck said he was moving it. Other than that, Service was great! More
