My daughter bought a vehicle from Steve and the following day discovered a significant coolant leak. She lives an hour away, so a local & reputable service center traced the leak to engine intake area. She i day discovered a significant coolant leak. Several more attempts were made to contact the owner Joe and when he finally answered was told "I've been in the business for 20 years; sometimes this happens", made clear he was unwilling to offer any resolution and began screaming into the phone. This stands as one of the most unprofessional, shameful and disgraceful reactions of a dealer owner I've ever known. More
