Stress free quick and honest Sales process We recently had a vehicle that was totaled due to a storm. My wife and I were not in the market to get a new car since our old one was only a 2011 and We recently had a vehicle that was totaled due to a storm. My wife and I were not in the market to get a new car since our old one was only a 2011 and was paid off. The car that was totaled was a Mazda CX-9. My wife loved that car and was upset that it was totaled. When we went looking for a new car we looked at some other brands just to compare what was out in the market. After looking at other brands my wife decided to go with a Mazda . Compared to all of the cars in the small SUV market Mazda once again provided the most bang for your buck. I had received inquires from other Mazda dealerships but decided to go with Capital Mazda of Cary because it was closer to our house. Rick contacted me and we set up a time to look at the new cars as well as used one to compare. Rick was standing in front of the deanship waiting with the cars that he had on the lot to show and compare. After about an hour at looking at the what they had and comparing different model trims we decided to go with a 2017 Mazda CX-9. They did not have any on the lot and we left that night with Rick and the team saying they were going to look for what we wanted. Rick called me 1st thing in the morning and gave us the different option that he found. Once we selected the car we wanted Rick went ahead and secured the vehicle for us. When came back into the dealership to sign the paper worked and that is when we started working with Omar. Omar was a straight shooter and did not under or over promise anything. He was a true man of his word and came through on everything that we had discussed. He was quick in finding us financing and going over all of our issues and concerns. In the end the whole process was very enjoyable and very stress free . The main thing that I liked about the whole process was the no pressure , straight answers and no back and forth with the sales person and the sales managers. Rick was able to find out what we wanted and deliver . I highly recommend the dealership and Rick. I also am very confident in Omar's honesty, integrity and availability to do his job. More

Sometimes, it just depends on the dealership and the sales people. Capital Mazda was, by far, my most enjoyable experience to date. I was shopping for my wife who despises the whole car buying experience. Capital Mazda was my first stop of the day and I explained that I was just wanted to test drive the CX5. Rick was quick to get me behind the wheel and explained every feature and the options available for each trim level. After test driving some other vehicles (not Mazdas) that day, I called Rick the next morning and told him which one I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Within what seemed like mere minutes, he called me back and quoted me a price that was right where I wanted to be. I accepted and made arrangements to come in that afternoon. Rick had the paperwork ready to go and introduced me to Omar. I signed the forms and I was all done. The test drive, looking at the various color and trim options, speaking on the phone, and signing the paperwork, took probably two (2) hours max. Whether you know exactly which Mazda you want, or you just want to get a feel for what Mazda has to offer, I would definitely recommend going to Capital Mazda and asking for Rick. More
