Zoom Zoom My wife & I had decided on either the CX-5, or the Ford Escape. We wanted to look at both, however I was leaning more for the Mazda. Cory (SalesRep), took his time, was patient while we looked everything over, and answered EVERY question with full knowledge. It was pleasant to take a test drive without the salesman "riding along" with us giving input we may or may not want. We were pre approved through our Credit Union, however Omar the Finance person was able to lower our rate by 3/4%. Once all the paperwork was complete, the car was detailed, full of gas and ready to deliver. Cory took his time going over all the features, buttons gizmos etc. We left excited, happy, thrilled to begin our Zoom Zoom lifestyle. Thanks guys, great job More

He also went beyond the sale such as reviewing my settlement price for my totaled car to ensure that I received a fair price and calculating my refund from my extend warranty from the totaled car. He advised on the best incentives that I should select and gave me a very good price on the car. Rick is a seasoned veteran and is very knowledgeable, he takes the time to learn about the customer and makes very good recommendations. He is also very customer focused and ensured that I had a great experience throughout the sales process.
