Without pressuring me, he showed me the vehicles that matched my needs and my budget. He was friendly, personable and made the process easy. Ricky Robello facilitated the negotiations and made it easy to come to an agreement that met the needs of both dealership and customer. Finally, Maria sealed the deal, and even helped negotiate a fair extended warranty for my purchase. She was professional, yet personable, and was efficient. Everyone I encountered was polite, service oriented and made me feel valued as a customer. I even spoke with Sean who checked out my trade-in vehicle. He too was kind, approachable and conversational. I would 100% recommend this crew if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.
